Tomorrow sees the opening of the fifth annual Christmas Tree Festival at Newark Parish Church, where local people, businesses and organisations are invited to decorate a tree to be put on show during the event.
Last year the event had over 100 trees and attracted over 5,000 visitors, and it is hoped the event will be even more popular this year!

The festival opens on Saturday 8th December at 9.30am and continues until Sunday 16th December, with an entrance fee of £2.00 for adults and £0.20p for children.
