We were honoured to have been nominated for a new award to the Lincolnshire Sports ceremony this year, the Active Workplace Award, created to celebrate workplaces whose employees have shown great commitment to taking part in an active lifestyle and are encouraged to do so by their employers.

Having received the news that we had been short listed as finalists, we then had the daunting task of being filmed by Lincoln based Epix Media for our nominee video! Which you can see by clicking here.

On the night, we were extremely excited to be crowned overall winners – pictured is Ambitions Personnel’s Susan McCormick and Simon Oborne collecting our trophy, along with the other finalists from Rockstar Games and Nicholsons Accountants.

As a team, we love to get involved in activities outside of the workplace and through working with Lincolnshire Sport we have not only been able to do that, but also try new sports and meet other great local businesses too, as well as having fun and keeping fit in the process!
