As part of the events to celebrate the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta this summer, 25 barons descended upon the centre of Lincoln, all individually designed and hand painted by local artists. We, along with thousands of others, enjoyed ‘baron spotting’ around the city.
When our Lincoln branch were given the challenge of decorating and displaying their own mini baron as part of Lincoln BIG’s Barons’ Charter Christmas Festival, they were excited for the challenge!
The very talented Charlotte and Scott from our Accounts department were volunteered to be in charge of designing and painting our Baron. The baron includes our logo, and represents the different types of staff we supply into local businesses together with a nod to the city’s cathedral.
Our baron will be displayed from Friday 20 November on our reception desk at Firth Court, Firth Road, Lincoln, LN5 7WD (near Argos). Everyone is welcome to pop in and say hello, and why not find out about our current vacancies while you are here!
We are inviting you to suggest a name for our baron by either coming into our office or contacting us via our Facebook or Twitter pages (@ambitionsltd). The winning suggestion will be chosen on Friday 18 December at 12:00pm and the lucky winner will receive a hamper of chocolate goodies from Thorntons! The winner must be available to collect the prize from our Lincoln office.
