We’re proud to be supporting NCS Summer Programmes across Lincolnshire again this year.
This summer, over 3500 young people have taken part over the EM1 region and over 900 of those have been in Lincolnshire.
As sponsors, we help to fund the social action projects which are undertaken for one week as part of the programme. We took the opportunity to see first hand the excellent work being completed by the groups. Pictured are Ambitions Personnel’s Katie and Hannah at Boston Woods Trust, where the group were replenishing woodland seats and building plastic guards to protect the trees.
Other projects completed this year included creating a mosaic for Sleaford Children’s Centre and painting a mural at the Pennygate Centre in Spalding, in addition to projects in Waddington, Grantham and Stamford.
