This week, a team from Ambitions Personnel took part in the Workplace Challenge Rounders Tournament organised by Lincolnshire Sport.
Having taken home the trophy last year, expectation and excitement was running high building up to the event, with plenty of our fellow competitors taking to Twitter throughout the day for some friendly banter!
This year saw 21 teams of up to 15 players from various workplaces across the county, all come together at Christ Hospital School in Lincoln to battle it out through the league stages, onto to semi finals and then a grand final.
Having finished top of our league, we were then unfortunately defeated by Skegness Grammar School PE Department in the semi final, who went on to be the overall winners.
Despite not being able to successfully defend our title, a lovely evening was had by all!
